What we promise about your money
Plenty of apps make charging easy and leaving hard. This is the other way round, written down so you can hold us to it.
The short version
- Nothing’s charged for 14 days, and we email you 3 days before the first charge.
- Cancelling is one click in Settings, and you keep everything you’ve paid for until it runs out.
- Forgot to cancel? Send your first payment back yourself, for 7 days after it’s taken.
- One price with everything in it. No add-ons, no seats, no credits to run out of.
Your first 21 days
Day 0
You start
Card in. Nothing charged.
Day 11
We email you
The amount, and how to cancel.
Day 14
First charge
Only if you haven’t cancelled.
Day 21
Refund window closes
Until here, your first payment can come back.
You’ll know before we charge you.
Nothing’s charged for the first 14 days. 3 days before the trial ends, we email you with what you’ll be charged. Before a yearly renewal, you get a reminder email too.
From YWGSD
Your YWGSD trial ends in 3 days
Your free trial ends in 3 days.
When it does, we'll charge $192 and your yearly subscription starts. It renews every year until you cancel.
Keeping it? You don't have to do anything.
Not for you? Cancel before then and you won't be charged. It's one button: Settings, then Cancel subscription.https://www.youwillgetstuffdone.com/settings
YWGSD
The email, word for word, for a yearly plan. Cancel in one click.
Settings, then Cancel subscription. No form, no chat, and nobody asking why you’re leaving. You keep everything until the end of what you’ve paid for, and you can change your mind right up to then. The steps for each way of paying are below.

The button, in Settings on iPhone. Forgot to cancel? Your first payment back.
Within 7 days of your first charge, go to Settings and hit Refund my first payment. It sends the money back and ends the subscription. It’s one refund per account, so it can’t be used to go round again.
A failed payment doesn’t lock you out.
If a renewal doesn’t go through, Stripe tries again and emails you a link to update your card. You keep using YWGSD while it does.
Founders keep their price.
Founding members pay $149 a year for as long as their subscription runs. A price change for everyone else doesn’t touch it.
How to cancel, whichever way you pay
Written here so you can read it before you pay, not after.
On the web
- 1Settings
- 2Subscription
- 3Cancel subscription
No confirmation step, and no chat. Changed your mind? Keep my subscription puts it back.
In the iPhone app
- 1Settings
- 2Subscription
- 3Cancel subscription
It asks once to confirm, because there’s no undo button on that screen. The website’s is the same subscription.
If you paid through the App Store
- 1Settings
- 2Subscription
- 3Manage subscription
That opens Apple’s own sheet — Apple takes the payment, so only Apple can stop it. Request a refund goes to Apple too.
Why we ask for a card for a free trial
Because the trial is the product, not a demo. Your calendar gets connected, your week gets planned, and on day 15 it keeps going without you having to set it up again. A trial that stops dead and asks you to start over isn’t much of a trial.
What we do about the obvious risk: we email you 3 days before the first charge, cancelling takes one click, and if you miss both you can send the money back yourself for 7 days. No form, no chat, no “tell us why you’re leaving”.
Founding members: what “kept” means
- $149 a year, every year, for as long as the subscription runs. If the price goes up for everyone else, yours doesn’t.
- It’s the same YWGSD. Founding is a price, not a plan with extra things in it — everything’s included on every plan.
- Cancel and let it lapse, and the price goes with it. Coming back later means coming back at whatever the price is then.
- It closes on December 31. That date is the only thing that closes it — there’s no limit on how many people take it.
And what it doesn’t cover
- Past 7 days from your first charge, there’s no refund for time you’ve paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until then.
- Deleting your account ends a website subscription on the spot, with no refund for the time that’s left. Inside the 7 days? Refund first, then delete. Subscribed in the iPhone app? Deleting doesn’t stop Apple charging you, so cancel first: Settings, then Subscription, then Manage subscription.
- Subscribed in the iPhone app? Apple takes that payment, so cancelling and refunds are Apple’s, and the promises above cover website subscriptions. Instead of the 3-day email, the app reminds you two days before your free trial ends, if you’ve let it send notifications. In the app, Settings, then Subscription, shows when your trial ends and has Manage subscription and Request a refund. Apple decides refunds, usually within 48 hours.
- Website payments go through Stripe. We never see your card, and Stripe keeps its own record of what you’ve paid.
Try it, knowing how to leave.
14 days free. We email you before we charge, and you can cancel in one click.
