Deleting your account
It takes your account and everything in it — every task, set of hours, template, repeating rule, captured thought and calendar connection, on every device. There’s no undo, and we keep no copy. You don’t need to email us to do it.
On the web
Settings → Account → Delete my account, then type your email address to confirm.
In the iPhone app
Settings → Account → Delete my account, then type your email address to confirm.
Cancel before you delete, in two cases. If you paid on this website, deleting ends the subscription on the spot with no refund for the time that’s left — so if you’re within 7 days of your first payment, refund it under Subscription first. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple takes the payment and deleting doesn’t stop it, so cancel in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription first. The billing promise spells both out.

YWGSD is made by NCW Distributors Inc. It’s a 14-day free trial and then a paid subscription — what you pay and what we promise about it are on the pricing page and the billing promise. Privacy questions and requests for a copy of your data go to the same address, and the privacy policy says what we hold.
